Terry Ann Kalinko is a well-established South African painter. She has held numerous solo art exhibitions, and her paintings are hanging in corporate and private art collections, both locally and abroad.
‘Berry Merry Catfish’ is her debut children’s picture book, an ‘arts imitates life story’, a ‘curious blend of truth and fantasy’. The book is an impressive A4 size, and the illustrations are hand-painted oil and mixed media on canvas, drawn from life and photo references.
She lives in Johannesburg, South Africa with her husband Jeff. They have six children and a galaxy of grandchildren.
